Super delicious food, Dear innkeepers, who are happy to cater to all customer needs and who only serve what you like yourself! Reservation required on some days!

Quaint typical Bavarian inn with excellent home-style cuisine! The boss cooks himself! The landlord is sociable and lovable! Everyone likes it! Price performance are just right! ... and de Kasspatzn are perfect !!!

Solid 4 stars. Simple, down-to-earth food. Inexpensive and good. No star cuisine. Regional products (brandies and schnapps) are offered, which are very good.

Very cozy, with passion for detail: in the house, the food and the friendly, relaxed owners, Martin & Susi The renovation of the house is beautiful! A little alpen style, with italian flair, Just like the family history! The house is from the 19. century, been in the family since then. Susi served our coffee with her yummy homemade "Spitzbüben" christmas cookies! Feels like home! Oh! and the bathrooms are photo worthy!

Very good food, special requests from individual (even vegan) were catered for, very cozy, rustic atmosphere, especially the tiled stove, very nice and child-friendly staff. We were with 5 children (0-8 years) and 8 adults at two tables. Value for money ok.

Landlady has held us over two hours with allegedly freed table by phone. Should call again and again, if table is free, although everything was reserved - as it turned out later, although one would not reserve! Presumably the reference to children, all of whom are actually over the age of 15, was the reason we were so spoiled .... The worst, slippery, disgusting kind. In hindsight, we are glad to have brought such a euro. A simple, today that nothing would have been better and most of all honest!

Solid 3 stars ... The cooked beef was unfortunately not quite warm, and the fried potatoes were somewhat dry. But in combination with the delicious horseradish sauce and juicy vegetables, the plates were empty! Quite well!

It was just great. Incredibly nice people, very family, good food and a very comfortable Bavarian restaurant. Always my pleasure.!!!

Very good food at reasonable prices, nice staff, rustic cozy atmosphere

We were in summer for 12 days on holiday and very pleased with the schmidbräu tavern, it tasted so good that we did not try anything else and were there several times. We will definitely come back!

Very good Bavarian food, courteous service and also pleasant prices. The selection of dishes is manageable and in my opinion you don't need 25 variations of schnitzel or five specialties from five nations. Inside there is a very small and rustic dining room. If we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

Unbelievably good food for z.T. under 10 euros per court. Friendly staff, Bavarian ambience. Reservation recommended. Of eight days we have eaten there three times.

A painstaking, self-restored restaurant, with attention to detail. Here there is home cooking of the finest. The only drawback is probably the very limited space. Who wants to play it safe, reserved.

This is how coziness and hospitality go. Combined with a very delicious meal, the ambiance is perfect. Very good economy and great hosts. Any time!

Perfect. Really perfect. That's how food should be. After about 20 visits with consistently good quality I can say that. I can only recommend it. Pleasant atmosphere. The service is also very polite and friendly.

After we had reserved, arrived at the agreed time, the whole cabin is full. She asked if other people wanted to arrange so that we could be crammed at the table. Not so ...... meet bad commitments.
